Eligibility Document 

Eligibility Document MUST be attached when generic email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) are used.  Applications without company emails or attached eligibility documents will not be considered.
 

Please attach at least one of the following documents below to validate your eligibility for the Big Agnes pro purchase program:


- A pay stub within the last 60 days indicating year-round employment (please black out all sensitive personal information). Be sure your employer name is legible as well as the pay date.

- A Certificate of completion or Membership card, also a business card will suffice. Please do not use expired information.
 
- A current letter of endorsement from your organization on letterhead stating that you guide full-time during the operational season.

- If Government/Military employee a copy of LES to prove active duty.
