Important Notes Before Shipping Your Return
If you are sending your gear in for repair make sure to mark the area with a rubber band or scotch tape. Don't use duct tape as this prohibits our team from performing the repair.

We can't repair your gear if it is dirty. If an item is received dirty the repair will be delayed and a cleaning fee may be charged. If your gear is duct taped or has duct  tape residue we may not be able to repair the damage properly.  See our FAQ  for instructions on cleaning your gear.

Tracking information is crucial to know the status of returned gear. Big Agnes is not responsible for lost packages.

Please be kind to the environment and our returns department. Do not use packing peanuts or Styrofoam. Our receiving department will notify you when you item is received and heads to evaluation/repair.

Warranty Shipping Policy
Charges for shipping and insuring packages to Big Agnes are the customer’s responsibility. Big Agnes will ship any product covered under warranty free of charge within the U.S. via ground shipping. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for actual shipping charges. If the customer prefers expedited shipping, he/she will be responsible for the extra cost over and above the cost of FedEx ground delivery.

Big Agnes will warranty all of its products against manufacturer defects. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Big Agnes. We will repair any item covered under warranty free of charge. Non-warranty issues will be repaired at a reasonable charge and assessed on an individual basis. Do not include money or a check; we will contact you if payment needed.

Warranty Policy
Products must be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund. Returned items not bought directly through Big Agnes must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and will only be eligible for in house Big Agnes credit. To receive a full refund on returned items, products must be returned with proof of purchase and all original packaging, stuff sacks, storage sacks and hang tags. Your credit or refund will be discounted the cost of the items we do not receive and pending evaluation of the item.
